Puedes tomar sueros o bebidas isot\u00f3nicas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tercero: Haz una peque\u00f1a comida bas\u00e1ndote en alimentos de alto nivel cal\u00f3rico pero que ser\u00e1n muy positivos por su gran valor energ\u00e9tico. Frutas como el pl\u00e1tano y frutos secos como las pasas son muy recomendables.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cuarto: Despu\u00e9s de 3 o 4 horas despu\u00e9s de la carrera es muy com\u00fan que se te abra el apetito.
